Wild Clone Taxidermy specialises in capturing the moment behind every great hunt. Through skilled craftsmanship, cutting-edge technology, and full in-house processing, each trophy is handled with uncompromising care from field to finish. With nationwide facilities and personalised service, your moment in the wild is preserved exactly as it was earned.

COSTS iNVOLVED

Irrespective of the taxidermy options selected, certain services will automatically incur costs. These typically include:

  • Dipping – the mandatory disinfection process required prior to export

  • Professional packing of skins and/or finished mounts

  • Shipping to your nearest Customs Broker

  • Final delivery from the Customs Broker to your home address

All costs will be confirmed directly by Wild Clone Taxidermy and are dependent on the scope and complexity of the work selected. A deposit is required to commence taxidermy services; however, arrangements can be made for this to be settled once you have returned home.

Wild Clone will provide an estimated shipping cost for your completed trophies. Final shipping charges can only be confirmed once the custom shipping crate has been completed and final dimensions and weights are known.

Taxidermy is one of several ways to preserve the memory of your hunt and is offered as an optional add-on, not a requirement. It is an important decision that should be carefully considered, as the process and delivery of a high-quality mount can, in some cases, equal or exceed the cost of the hunt itself.

Africa Adix Safaris will ensure the correct initial field preparation and preservation of your trophy before it is transferred to Wild Clone Taxidermy. Once received, the Wild Clone team will consult directly with you on the most suitable style, scale, and presentation to accurately capture the moment of your hunt.

Africa Adix Safaris is always available to clarify the taxidermy process where possible, to facilitate detailed consultations during your time in South Africa, or to assist in connecting you directly with Wild Clone Taxidermy.
